Sono Photo Dynamic Therapy (SPDT)
SPDT is a safe, non-toxic and non invasive means of both destroying cancer cells as well as of enhancing immune protective function. This treatment uses light of a particular wavelength and sound of a specific frequency to activate a predigested light and sound sensitive substance which attaches selectively to tumour cells, causing their break down.
Both Sono Dynamic Therapy (SDT) and Photo Dynamic Therapy (PDT) have been used for years as separate procedures and there are some 3000 published articles relating to their potential use in therapy. PDT is a licenced treatment in 19 countries and available through the National Health Service in the United Kingdom. Both PDT and SDT have been used in the treatment of cancer with variable success. PDT on its own is used for more superficial cancers such as prostate, breast and skin cancers, but when combined with SDT it has been shown to be effective for deep seated tumours such as bowel and ovarian cancers as well as metastatic cancers especially when spread to bone, lung and liver tissues. The vast majority of advanced cancer patients treated with SPDT live longer than predicted and in 75% of cases there is significant tumour cell destruction.
SPDT is available as a an effective treatment for cancer in England, Mexico, Israel, China and now in Cape Town
High Dose Vitamin C Infusions
High-dose vitamin C has been studied as a treatment for patients with cancer since the 1970s. When taken by intravenous (IV) infusion, vitamin C can reach much higher levels in the blood than when it is taken by mouth. Studies suggest that these higher levels of vitamin C may cause the death of cancer cells in many types of cancer.
Ozone is an invaluable core treatment for enhancing immune regulation and controlling cancer proliferation. Its reactive oxygen species may damage cancer cell walls but also combine with other chemical elements to activate and produce immune strengthening compounds.
Mistletoe has been used by medical doctors as an effective cancer treatment for over 80 years; it is non toxic and supported by widespread scientific evidence to justify serious consideration in the overall cancer treatment protocol. It contains viscotoxins and lectins that are able to break down cancer cells and inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
Mistletoe contains a number of biologically active substances, but two groups of protein-type toxins appear to be the key constituents: these are viscotoxins, which are able to break down cancer cells, and mistletoe lectins which can inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Iscador is name of the most researched of a number of mistletoe preparations.
Currently a number of clinical trials are being conducted internationally. Recent doubled blinded studies showed significant improvements in Prostate and Pancreas cancers. It should be seen as an essential part of an integrative cancer therapy.
